Where's the blushing icon? I live alone and brew a gallon a day. Except really hot days, when I run out early and start on the second gallon, lol!

Now that's two of you who actually boil your tea? I was told you MUST take the water off of the burner before putting the tea in and never, ever let it boil. It will "bruise" the tea and make it bitter. But, as I told Suni, I've never defied the tradition, so I have no way of knowing if that is just an old wives tale, lol! Maybe I'll get bold one day and try it, just to see what happens. I THINK that what will happen is that there will be an earthquake caused by my female progenitors all turning over in their graves at the same time, lol!
