Good reading here! Sindy has me pegged, and I bet I’m not the only one, either. It does seem that in the crush of life, it’s always my personal time that gets shoved to the corner, the last thing on the agenda. Those of you who do manage to squeeze time for yourself, how do you do it? How do you get your families to respect the MomZone? How do you convince yourself that 10 minutes spent with yourself is more important than whatever task is screaming for attention?
