Rest-riction

I have discovered that when I am forced to sit and do nothing for an entire week, I become pretty unbearable around day 3. Even to myself. I have just tonight and tomorrow to go, and then I can begin to get back in the swing of things. Now, DH is going to bring in the tree tomorrow, and of course it will have to be put up. I’m usually the one who organizes the kids getting their ornaments on, so this could be very interesting. I’ll either be able to sit and watch them do it, or I’ll stress out and jump in the mix. Hmmm, I guess I better plan to sleep in tomorrow morning just in case.

Can some one please explain why it is so much more fun to sit and ignore all the chores when it’s a choice instead of a mandate? Yeah. Me either.
