Booking Through Thursday- Writing in Books, Part 2

February22

:booking:
A couple weeks ago, we asked about how you take care of your books, with one of the questions asking whether you write in your books. Well, what about books that are meant to be written in? Like, say, a journal or diary? Do you keep one? Obviously, if you’re answering this, you have a blog–do you just let your blog be your journal? Or do you also keep one for private stuff also?
I used to keep written journals, but I don’t anymore. It’s all on the blogs now: what I do over on CassKnits! and who I am right here. I do have real journals for the children, but I don’t write in them. I mean to, but it doesn’t happen. I said I was going to make a monthly schedule. Those journals will be on it.

    ::waves hi:: :-D

    I’ve been putting “Write” on all of my to-do lists lately just so I make sure to take the time to sit down and write, so I can understand the not getting the kids’ journals written in. Always seems to be something else that pushes stuff like that aside. huh?

    What a great meme – glad I found it through you – it’s perfect for Bookworm Broadcast!!

    Oh, I so get the kids’ journal thing – I started one for my kids before Sammie was even born – and I used to be ‘sorta’ good about writing in it.

    I need to get to that again…

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian and a blogger. I'm also a knitter, a reader and a movie watcher. And a collector of eclectic oddities.

For the first time in 18 and a half years, I have my own little corner again. Somewhere along the way, I seem to have lost myself, and now that I realize I'm missing, I'm on the look out for me. You maybe don't know what that means, but then again, maybe you do. Regardless, this is where I'll be when I'm not being a mother or a knitter. This is where I'll be just me. And if no one ever reads it, that's ok. I'll know it's here.
