So, I mostly sat at my computer today. Exceot for the time I read (over a hundred pages) and the time I cleaned my desk (a couple of hours), and I have a small in stack of papers to deal with left, mostly index cards it looks like, and maybe an inch worth at most.

I blame the heat for my lack of productivity. It is literally too hot to think. And by the time it cools off, it will time for me to go to bed. Such is life for at least the rest of the week. There’s no need to make engagement announcements because I have no engagements to attend. I’m planning to stay home until it cools off. This note will serve as my “lazy notice”.
