I am almost sure it is the light. This morning, I was able to get myself up at 6:30, but I had the hardest time staying awake. Finally, a 7:30, I laid down on the couch, and at 8, I was perky and ready to tackle the day. Which coincides with the time the morning sun finally made it into my windows. perhaps it will get better when the time changes, and I really hope so. I struggled to get this habit going, and it’s not one I am wanting any kind of rehabs for, iykwim. I want it to get stronger, even: ideally, I’d like to get up at 5.
