Yesterday, I went shopping, as I told you.
Here are the flower arrangement supplies: Â one vase, one bag of rocks, and four flower bunches from Dollar Tree, plus one flower bunch from Wal-Mart.
I put the rocks in the vase, and added the Dollar Tree bunches.  Then I used my wire cutters to disassemble the bunch from Wal-Mart, and put them in as single flowers.  When I was done, I put the whole thing on my zazen table.  Total cost: $11 plus tax.  Having flowers in my room perpetually: priceless.
I may add some of the rose bath salts I bought to the vase later. Â How cool would that be–silk flowers that actually smell like flowers?
No, I didn’t use a tutorial, though I have linked one in case you want to check it out.
P.S. DaBaby was bitterly disappointed that these flowers stayed in my room rather than going into the living room where everyone can enjoy them. Â Guess that means I get to do this again!
So pretty! I love the bath salts idea too! And thanks for the link to me! 😀
You are so welcome. I found you with Zemanta. If I had posted this *before* I made mine (which would have been impossible, right?) I would have watched your video!
