Morning Musings 3/26/2007

March26

Good Morning, ya’ll. After last week’s push to get the bedrooms shoveled out, I am more than ready to get back to what passes for a normal schedule around here. I’m on my second cuppa, and then I’ll get on with the day.

I do need to go to the library today to return books, and I’d also like to get back to the deep cleaning of the main areas of the house. I’ll just start doing a small section per day again, and I’ll start back at the front door so I can get an immediate sense of accomplishment.

I’ve also got a new project going that will eat up a bit of time, but you’ll have to wait to hear about it for just a little longer.

what stinks about “digging out” in a house full of children. By the time you complete the list, you need to start all over again.
I’m also spring cleaning, digging out closets, purging dresser drawers and just de-cluttering in general. But I find that once I get a room looking decent, the rest of the house has fallen apart. Its frustrating!

Don’t I know it! I seems I can hardly go to the bathroom without finding a new mess when I come out!

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian and a blogger. I'm also a knitter, a reader and a movie watcher. And a collector of eclectic oddities.

For the first time in 18 and a half years, I have my own little corner again. Somewhere along the way, I seem to have lost myself, and now that I realize I'm missing, I'm on the look out for me. You maybe don't know what that means, but then again, maybe you do. Regardless, this is where I'll be when I'm not being a mother or a knitter. This is where I'll be just me. And if no one ever reads it, that's ok. I'll know it's here.
