I’ve hurt myself

March21

I don’t know quite what I have done, folks, but I have hurt myself somehow. My right hip hurts from the joint halfway down my thigh. But the good news is that I finished with my clothes today, and everything is out of the bathroom. What’s in the closet actually fits me, too!

I’m still doing laundry from the excavation of the kids’ rooms, but I hope to have that done tomorrow. We’re eating in the living room for the third night in a row, because the table is covered with clothes. I am more than ready to have a normal meal-time at the table.

Tomorrow, I plan to help the boys finish their room between loads of laundry. If I can walk.

I wonder if you pulled a muscle for it to go that length. :\ Hope you feel better soon

Yikes, I hope your hip feels better by the time you read this.

Whenever I hurt one of my hips, more often than I care to think on, I usually find that a hot bath (as hot as I can stand to sink into) usually does wonders for relaxing the muscles and letting them stop hurting.

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian and a blogger. I'm also a knitter, a reader and a movie watcher. And a collector of eclectic oddities.

For the first time in 18 and a half years, I have my own little corner again. Somewhere along the way, I seem to have lost myself, and now that I realize I'm missing, I'm on the look out for me. You maybe don't know what that means, but then again, maybe you do. Regardless, this is where I'll be when I'm not being a mother or a knitter. This is where I'll be just me. And if no one ever reads it, that's ok. I'll know it's here.
