I’m not quite sure how this happened, but when I went to get some ice a bit ago, I found that the bag from a loaf of bread had gotten caught in the ice maker. It was wrapped around, and stuck, in a way I can’t possibly explain without drawing a picture. I ended up cutting the bag, so I could get the bread out of the way, and then digging way more plastic that I would have thought possible out of there. Now, I can add that feat to my considerable list of skills. I may not be a brain surgeon, but then neither is Dr. Larry Shapiro. And I doubt he could get a bread bag out of an ice maker. He’s probably smart enough not to get one stuck in there in the first place.
