Midlife Musings

Reflections on life from 40-something

Middle Name Meme and Morning Musings 8/22/07

August22

Skeet has tagged me with the Middle Name Meme. It’s fairly straight forward.
The Rules:

1. You have to post these rules before you give the facts.

2. Players, you must list one fact that is somehow relevant to your life for each letter of their middle name. If you don’t have a middle name, use the middle name you would have liked to have had.

3. When you are tagged you need to write your own blog post containing your own middle name game facts.

4. At the end of your blog post, you need to choose one person for each letter of your middle name to tag. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read your blog.

Sound fun? Here we go:

D is for dogs, to which I am allergic.
E is for energized, which is how I feel since I started getting up earlier.
N is for New Creature, which is what I am in Christ
I is for intelligent, or at least I like to think so.
S is for silly, which I try to be after finding it often beats it’s counterpoint, serious.
E is for entertaining, which is what I hope to be.

I’m not tagging anybody, because I don’t know who hasn’t played, but leave me a comment, if you want to share!

Today’s Agenda: Same as I posted yesterday. It’s not that I didn’t do it, it’s that there is still more to do.

I'm Cass. I am a full-time mom to eight great children, a Christian and a blogger. I'm also a knitter, a reader and a movie watcher. And a collector of eclectic oddities.

For the first time in 18 and a half years, I have my own little corner again. Somewhere along the way, I seem to have lost myself, and now that I realize I'm missing, I'm on the look out for me. You maybe don't know what that means, but then again, maybe you do. Regardless, this is where I'll be when I'm not being a mother or a knitter. This is where I'll be just me. And if no one ever reads it, that's ok. I'll know it's here.
