have I mentioned my insomnia lately? I don’t think I have, mostly because it’s not bothering me lately! So, what’s different? There’s nothing new in my room, no new pillows, not one of those modern platform beds, not even new sheets. The only thing that’s changed is what time I get up and go to bed. It seems my insomnia was feeding its own self. Crazy, huh? The solution to insomnia for me was going to bed earlier, not later.
