Seat of my pants recipe: One red onion minced to death; four cloves garlic, likewise; juices of one lemon and one lime,  plus whatever fruit fell in; salt,  chipotle flakes, and chili powder to taste; enough olive oil to cover.   Mix well,  let sit,  serve in a few hours.
