Morning Musings 8/17/07

Let’s KISS again, because yesterday it just worked.

Get the books I need out of those boxes I brought in, and put the boxes away
Work on lesson plans
Sew. And also sew some more.

And also, I have a question. Why do they write the instructions on under eye cream in a size of print that no one my age can possible read? And here is another question: why when I look at these holiday gift baskets do I not find one for the elimination of prune face? Seriously, they have every other kind of basket, from get well baskets to new baby baskets to sympathy baskets. Hmm, do you think the sympathy baskets would be appropriate? Bwahahahaha, I am on it this morning, aren’t I?

  1. “Why do they write the instructions on under eye cream in a size of print that no one my age can possible read?”
It isn’t written for you, it’s written for them, to protect themselves from being sued for whatever. A whole lot of what’s written these days isn’t for the reader, it’s for the writer.
Not like what I write, of course!
You’re probably realising you’ve lost yourself, changing the subject a little here, because in part you’re finding yourself, as you get a little more time on your hands. It comes with getting older, I think.

  2. Except that I am busier than I’ve ever been, with less time that I have ever had. I am actively involved in searching myself out. Thanks for stopping by!
